1. Discharge platform
When fresh tomatoes come in, we usually use lorries. It's going to be a big deal if people drop it off. Therefore, we have designed an unloading platform that uses water cannons to unload the fresh fruit/tomatoes from the truck and uses water to transport the fresh fruit/tomatoes to the processing line. The unloading platform also has the ability to pre-wash fresh fruit/tomatoes before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh fruit from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Wash fresh fruit carefully before crushing. For washing, we can use both foam washing machines and spray washing machines. If washing requirements are high, more wash stages can be added. In order to get better cleaning effect, we can also add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Crushing for tomato processing
The GFM-FC series crushers have the most advanced working principle, higher manufacturing precision and the best crushing capabilities. Mainly used for crushing various fruits and vegetables, such as tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, etc. It can grind the raw material into small particles to enhance the working effect of the following process. The machine consists of feed hopper, side cover, frame, main shaft, bearing seat, motor, motor structure, exhaust hopper, etc.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
The machine also rotates at 1470 rpm, creating centrifugal force as the product passes through the sieve, which helps refine the product. I usually use his two stages of pulper and refiner. Each stage has a different screen. The first row has a larger screen, and the second row has a smaller screen. The tomato pulp output of the two stage beater can reach 90%~95%. After pulping, separate the tomato skin and seeds from the tomato pulp. The machine has a heavy workload and stable performance. Easy to operate and replace the screen. Suitable for a variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Evaporating
Vacuum evaporator is used to concentrate ketchup at low temperature under vacuum. A forced circulation vacuum evaporator is used here. Because it is done under vacuum and low temperature, the flavor and nutrition are kept to the maximum. Next, evaporate the water from the tomato pulp and get the tomato his paste. Typically the brix is 28-30% and the brix is 36-38%.
9. Sterilizing
A tube-in-tube sterilizer is used to sterilize ketchup. Sterilization temperature and storage time are adjustable. This machine heats ketchup to a high temperature of about 115°C for 30 seconds and then immediately cools it to room temperature. This way ketchup testing and nutrition can also be protected as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operation system adopts the image of a human-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operation status of each part of the equipment.
10. Aseptic Filling
Aseptic filling machines are used in combination with in-tube sterilizers. This is a closed loop. Cycles are fully sterilized prior to manufacturing to ensure a sterile environment. The filling cavity is also vapor protected to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Uses mirror welding technology to achieve clean and smooth welding. Separate control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with the sterilizer.
