The mango processing line is designed to handle various end products derived from raw mangoes. These products include mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate paste, mango sauce, mango juice, and mango beverages.

 

The mango processing line consists of several key components, including a raw mango receiving system, washing system, sorting system, stone removal system, preheating system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system.

1. Discharge platform

To address this issue, we have developed a specialized drainage platform that utilizes water guns to facilitate the unloading process. This same platform can also be used to pre-wash the mangoes prior to processing. 

 

2. Elevator

This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

3. Washing

Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.

4. Sorting

Following the washing process, the surfaces of the fruits are clean, and our staff conduct a visual inspection of all fruits to assess their condition. Any defective tomatoes are identified and manually sorted out by our team. We take great care throughout the entire process to ensure that only high-quality fruits are utilized in our production line, ensuring the quality and safety of our final products.

5. Destoning

Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.

6. Preheating

The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.

7. Pulper and refiner

The machine also operates at a speed of 1470 revolutions per minute, generating centrifugal force that allows the product to pass through a sieve, aiding in product refinement.

8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal

The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.

9. Sterilizing

The mango pulp is sterilized using a tube-in-tube sterilizer, where the sterilization temperature and dwell time can be adjusted as needed. When processing tomato sauce, this machine ensures that it can withstand high temperatures of approximately 115°C for 30 seconds, followed by rapid cooling to ambient temperature. This method not only guarantees the sterilization of the tomato sauce but also helps to preserve its nutritional value.

10. Aseptic Filling

The aseptic filling machine works in conjunction with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, creating a closed cycle system.

11. Storage or go blending

The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
